The McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will work with our interested clients over phone and email to answer basic questions and help set them up with a sales person on our staff. It is a fun, fast paced environment where you get rewarded for your hard work!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer sales calls and set appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
- Establish relationships with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications:
- At least one year previous experience in strong customer service role.
- Team player attitude.
- Prompt and courteous.
- Enthusiastic personality.
- Must have strong computer skills.
