As a Parts Counter Associate, you’ll help keep our customers on the road by ensuring our technicians get the right parts—accurately and on time. If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their needs
✅ Answer phone inquiries, provide price quotes, and share product information
✅ Pull and fill orders efficiently from stock
✅ Keep the body shop updated on parts arrivals and deliveries
✅ Support the team with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Customer-focused with great communication skills
✔ Team-oriented and highly organized
✔ Strong decision-making abilities
✔ Previous experience in a parts department is a plus!
