Position Summary
The Vehicle Deal Processor plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all deal-related paperwork after a sale is finalized. This position supports both our Accounting and F&I (Finance & Insurance) departments by reviewing deal jackets, reconciling data, and preparing documents to be posted into our accounting system.
This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency. It’s an ideal opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in administrative support, automotive paperwork processing, titling, or data accuracy who are looking to grow within a reputable dealership organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review post-sale deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with F&I Managers and internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect deal elements
- Prepare finalized deal documentation for accounting to process
- Navigate electronic titling platforms (ERT) to initiate Iowa and out-of-state title work
- Make accurate payoff payments via check or ACH through bank and lender portals
- Collaborate with county offices and financial institutions to ensure title completion
- Assist in reconciling schedules and verifying data across systems
- Provide general clerical support (scanning, copying, filing, phone calls, etc.)
- Work across multiple dealership rooftops and brands, ensuring consistency in deal documentation

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accurate, efficient work
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Confident using computer systems, web portals, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Banking Experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
