Responsibilities :
Maintain customer & technician relationships
Track all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership
Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
Make sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and customer counter
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping
Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify the correct part(s) for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced
Honda or Acura experience a plus!
Dealertrack experience also a bonus!
Must be available to work weekends
All candidates will be subject to both a background and drug test
Requirements :
Experienced counter positions need at least 2 years of dealership parts experience
Proficient in email and basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Must take direction well and follow through entire task
Must be able to perform other duties when assigned
