Nursing Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time registered or licensed practical nurse for our Supervisor position. This candidate is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of the nursing unit on a specific shift.
Schedule
This role requires working (3) 12-Hour shifts from 7:00PM – 7:30AM, with every other weekend off.
Key Responsibilities
- Free floating to monitor and supervise all nursing operations on the units.
- Mentor/develop the clinical and supervisory skills of Charge Nurses.
- Monitor operations of the units to ensure quality resident care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
- Work with staffing coordinator on scheduling.
Requirements
- A degree from an approved school of nursing is required.
- Experience as a registered nurse/licensed practical nurse in a long-term care environment is preferred.
- A current valid nursing license is necessary.
- CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) is required.
- IV certification, knowledge of PCC is a plus.

The hourly wage for this role is between $28-$37.
