We are McGrory Glass. We are a family owned and operated architectural glass manufacturing facility in Paulsboro, NJ committed to the environment, sustainability, our customers and our employees. A day in our warehouse involves safely lifting, moving, loading, measuring, and cleaning fragile, and at times heavy, decorative glass products. Since you’re working with a very custom product, attention to detail is crucial as you help to ensure we put out a high-quality product. We use a tape measure throughout the day and expect accuracy down to 1/16”.

Other than that, no experience is necessary. We will train you in the specifics of our industry, although a background in production with an understanding of the safety guidelines related to that environment is preferred. For everyone’s safety, you’ll need to:

- Understand instructions to complete assignments.

- Stand and position yourself to work with equipment for entire shift.

- Pass pre-employment screens, including a drug test and background check
