Maintenance Technician - Commercial Roofing

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with 3 years of commercial roofing experience to provide on-site service, repairs, and inspections. This role is equal parts hands-on roofing and client-facing service – you’ll be the friendly, professional face our clients trust to keep their roofs in great condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance on commercial roofing systems
• Accurately diagnose roofing issues and propose appropriate solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site regarding findings and next steps
• Utilize project management software (training provided) to document service visits, upload photos, and update job status
• Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Support the company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and responsiveness

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial roofing experience (TPO, PVC, mod-bit, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Professional and courteous communicator – both written and verbal
• Comfortable using mobile devices and project management software for daily reporting
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently, show up on time, and take ownership of assigned tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
