Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Muncie, IN for a Service Technician specialized in roofing. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on roofing systems, troubleshooting issues in the field, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Daily tasks will include inspecting roofs, identifying problems, performing necessary repairs, and maintaining records of work performed.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relevant experience in roofing or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certifications in roofing is a plus
