Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters in all aspects of fence and deck construction, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Help with the installation and repair of fences, decks, gates, and related structures.
- Drive company truck to do regular dump runs
- Pickup supplies and materials as needed on a regular basis
- Tow trailers as needed
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging post holes, mixing concrete, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Clean driving record and experience driving trailers
- Ability to use basic carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
