Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader with a Valid Drivers LIcense to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a mowing Crew throughout the week as well as our indivudal projects including clean ups, garden installs, hardscape work, and various other landscape projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of landscaping crew members in various projects.
- Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilization.
- Manage garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely by the crew.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
