Responsibilities:

• Apply paint using brushes and rollers as needed; spray painting experience is a plus
• Properly prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and masking
• Work from ladders, platforms, and scaffolds as required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment throughout the duration of each project
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of painting experience is required
• At least three (3) years of residential painting experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels is required
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Must own basic hand tools; the company will provide major equipment
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (no exceptions)
• Ability to lift and move 5-gallon buckets, ladders, and other painting equipment
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety standards, and on-site Foreman instructions
