MCHC's Hillside Health Center in Lakeport, CA is currently seeking a regular, full-time Dental Patient Services Representative. All Patient Services Representatives are to assist patients while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Calm and supportive, the Patient Services Representative will greet patients, assist them in their request for services, schedule appointments, update demographic information, and otherwise ensure a productive and compassionate visit to MCHC.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- One or more years’ customer service experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish language skills, fluent
- Two or more years’ experience in healthcare, in a similar position or in another industry, in a customer service role
