What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spanish Speaking Lead Case Manager position at MCHS Family of Services?
The Lead Case Manager demonstrates knowledge of and familiarity with both Board of Child Care and Office of Refugee Resettlement Policy and Procedures relating to the care and supervision of Unaccompanied Children. This is for our Long Term Foster Care program, (LTFC).

- Responsible for general oversight and coordination of case management services. Including direct oversight of the case management team
- Supports development and implementation of case plans to ensure that all youth have access to diverse and meaningful program offerings.
- Involved in interviewing and onboarding new employees for the department. Integral in the orientation process for case management staff to teach clear expectations of the position and how it fits in the agency, provide ongoing support
- Leader who has a passion for working with refugee, immigrant populations
- Looking for a leader who is eager to continue to grow their skill set in an established professional team
Education And Experience Required
- Bachelors Degree (masters preferred)
- 3 years’ experience demonstrating supervisory and case management experience (preferred)
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English.
