We are seeking a driven Acquisition Identification Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting research, reaching out to potential targets via calls and emails, and compiling summary reports for our CEO.

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential acquisition targets that align with MCI's strategic goals.
- Initiate contact with potential acquisition targets through calls and emails to gather preliminary information and assess interest.
- Compile detailed summary reports on identified targets, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO.
- Maintain and update a database of potential targets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with the M&A team to support ongoing acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related role; internships or part-time work in finance, business development, or M&A is a plus.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
