Office Assistant 10AM to 4PM Monday - Thursday
As the hiring coordinator for New Hampshire's leading fence sales and fabrication company, we are now accepting resumes for an Office Assistant role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a supportive culture and a commitment to excellence!
The target start for this position is last week of February or first week of March 2025
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
- March-October: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- November-February: Potential for two days a week as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer and direct calls from customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Take detailed messages for estimate scheduling
- Assist showroom customers by answering questions, recording contact information, and creating invoices to accept payments
- Develop knowledge of our fence catalog and stock inventory to better assist customers
- Pack and ship items via UPS as needed
- Collect and sort mail regularly
- Scan documents to cloud storage on a daily/weekly basis
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as directed
- Maintain showroom cleanliness (vacuuming, sweeping, watering plants, dusting)
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient with office equipment (computer, printer, scanner, fax) and Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management skills
- Bonus: QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not required
