What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Peer Specialist - ACT - Griffin, GA position at McIntosh Trail CSB?
Provides individual Peer Support services to individuals as assigned, relying heavily on telehealth as needed. Documentation daily using the electronic health record. Communicates with administrative, clinical, and other support staff as needed for care coordination. Contract, hourly, and remote work available for some candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have current Certification as a Certified Peer Support Specialist in Ga. Experience in documenting in an electronic health record
Pay Frequency:
Bi weekly or Twice monthly

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:
Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
