Client Care Coordinator - Full-Time (Burton Location)

Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Inspire and motivate clients on their recovery journey with a positive, change-oriented approach.
- Empathetic Care: Provide compassionate, client-centered care, maintaining a safe, supportive environment with clear boundaries and problem-solving skills.
- Administrative Tasks: Record client progress, manage client information, assist with medication pass, and utilize technology to support client needs.
- Client Screening and Intake: Assist in screening guests and belongings, orient new guests, facilitate medication inventory, and coordinate room assignments.
- Daily Activity Management: Oversee daily routines, engage clients in activities, lead community meetings, and support guests’ well-being in the sober living environment.
- Monitoring and Documentation: Keep accurate records of guest visitors, perform room checks, track client whereabouts, and monitor client interactions.
- Emergency and Additional Support: Respond to emergencies, support meal services, assist clients with government programs, and coordinate care appointments.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders
- Minimum 2 Years’ Sobriety (if applicable)
- Education: High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
Compensation
- Commensurate with Experience and Certification
