Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. You will work with design, quoting, and manufacturing teams while managing multiple projects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring that project objectives align with business goals.
This position requires a combination of strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to foster trust and collaboration with clients.
Duties / Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders regularly.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct project reviews and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
- Provide all necessary internal documentation needed at each stage of the project life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills / Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineered drawings.
- Must be comfortable incorporating technology into day-to-day responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Compensation and Benefits commensurate with experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
