Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business through cold calling and email campaigns
Schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, and presentations with decision makers
Learn, understand, and apply McKesson’s unique value proposition and our world-class business processes
Develop and practice consultative selling skills
Learn how to identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions
Build relationships within assigned territory
Learn how to navigate accounts and close business
Work closely with internal partners to ensure success
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2 years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Critical Skills
0-2 years outside sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Success delivering high-quality customer interactions with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and supporting business growth
Additional Skills :
Business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs
Strong analytical skills to assess information and solve problems.
Travel
Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
Valid driver license and reliable transportation required
