This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional with a proven history of success to independently execute industry trade shows while bringing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to the forefront. The Project Manager will collaborate with enterprise-wide internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Design, and Brand & Communications. Additionally, you will work closely with exhibit and event vendors to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at our events. The right candidate will be an expert multi-tasker, able to independently navigate challenges, solve problems efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to our changing business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Independently manage a wide scope of event-related tasks - including exhibit design/functional layout, logistics such as registration, shipping & ordering show services, budget management, coordination of program collateral, signage/graphics, promotional items, internal communications, and coordination of special events as required. • Manage multiple complex project plans, successfully tracking progress against plans to identify/track open issues, drive resolutions, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders. • Source and coordinate with outside vendors for labor, shipping, printing, booth graphic production, promotional items, etc. • Apply critical thinking to evaluate event performance by collecting appropriate data to develop post-event evaluations, measurements, and reports Handle expense tracking & Cvent data entry to ensure delivery within budget and conduct monthly financial reconciliation for assigned events. • Travel across the US for various events and tradeshows, approximately 30-35%. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-4 years of professional experience executing and managing trade shows and events. • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. • Exceptional project and program management skills. • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Must thrive on teamwork, independent problem-solving, and operational excellence. • High acumen for financial management. • Proficient or competent with Microsoft Office Suite. • CVENT experience preferred We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
