Key Responsibilities :
Data & Analytics
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support real estate strategy transactions, facility operations, financial planning, construction projects, and design initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models along with MRE Finance to evaluate the economic impact of real estate decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights to drive business unit objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
Reporting
Prepares and presents management reports, presentations, and proposals related to real estate activities.Prepares detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.Responsible for accurate reporting of real estate financial and non-financial impacts on the business for all management presentationsStrategy & Execution Support
Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.Support the execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease agreementsEnsure business unit alignment of real estate strategy with enterprise goals, objectives, and initiativesPartner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for the business unit and solve through collaboration using performance analytics and specific action plansAssist in the development of short-term and long-range real estate plans and ensure compliance with budgets based on McKesson goalsProvides strategic analysis to ensure alignment of direction for global real estate initiatives,Collaborates with BU and corporate functional leadership to develop analytical models to guide long-range plans for BU real estate portfolios.Proactively seeks out opportunities to drive efficiencies in the portfolio, developing action plans and tracking progress against expected financial outcomes.Collaborates with 3rd party service providers identify emerging trends and opportunities for the advancement of corporate initiatives.Communications

5 years of combined progressive work experience at large global healthcare, finance, or real estate organizations, in a combination of areas including portfolio planning, transaction management, project delivery, facilities management, engineering, operations management, or related functional experience.At least three years in a client advisory role in a strategic function or similar. Prior experience planning and executing strategic real estate initiativesCritical Skills / Business Experience :
Proven experience in real estate analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BIFamiliarity withreal estate market trends, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Demonstrated leadership experience that includes managing diverse opinions and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomesStrategic mindset with a focus on interdependent complexities and relational challengesProvide world-class relationship-building skills.
