Integrity – We do what’s right Inclusion – We embrace and respect each other as we are Customer First – We succeed when our customers succeed Accountability – We take personal responsibility for our actions and our work Respect – We treat people with dignity and respect Excellence – We insist upon quality The Role The Sr. Talent Programs Strategist will oversee the full life-cycle recruitment and staffing activities for all talent programs for strategic early-career pipeline and internship programs They will be responsible for all internship recruiting efforts for all corporate functions and or lines of business roles assigned and will collaborate with the broader recruiting team to design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities Developing and managing early talent programs aligned to specific BU talent program needs Managing the full-life cycle recruiting process workflows for specific talent programs Partnering with BU HRBPs to identify talent program needs and non-traditional talent pipelines. Manage and implement DE&I strategy and goals in collaboration with HRBPs and BU leaders and DEI partners. Building relationships and developing partnerships with career service departments, professors, faculty, and student groups on campus and external DE&I partners. Leads discussions with key stakeholders and program participants regarding the improvement of programming Act as liaison between program participants, and program stakeholders for program-related information, guidance, and support Plan, attend, and support recruitment events and other activities, as appropriate. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
