Key Responsibilities Developing and managing early talent programs aligned to specific BU talent program needs Managing the full-life cycle recruiting process workflows for specific talent programs Partnering with BU HRBPs to identify talent program needs and non-traditional talent pipelines. Manage and implement DE&I strategy and goals in collaboration with HRBPs and BU leaders and DEI partners. Building relationships and developing partnerships with career service departments, professors, faculty, and student groups on campus and external DE&I partners. Leads discussions with key stakeholders and program participants regarding the improvement of programming Act as liaison between program participants, and program stakeholders for program-related information, guidance, and support Plan, attend, and support recruitment events and other activities, as appropriate.
