Description
- The Bank Relations Specialist is responsible for the management of McKee Homes’ bank lines to include coordinating new loan requests, submitting bank inspections, creating and maintaining essential lending reports and monitoring compliance to lender specified requirements. Additionally, they will assist with month end accounting close tasks leading to financial statement creation.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit documentation for new loan requests for collateral additions
- Research and respond to appraisal inquiries
- Submit weekly bank inspection requests and record advances upon disbursement
- Submit monthly draw requests to outside investors and record advances upon disbursement
- Process bank loan conversions and renewals
- Coordinate lot takedowns and loan closings with lenders and closing attorney
- Prepare weekly cash flow estimate for takedowns and conversions
- Record HUDs from lot closings and file all closing documents in Egnyte
- Manage Bank Inventory Report and monitor collateral aging and status
- Process monthly interest payments and review house budgets for overages
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy within our records
- Prepare monthly and quarterly lending reports as required and monitor covenant compliance
- Prepare ad hoc bank financial reports as requested
- Participate in resolution of lending issues and banking strategy
- Assist in month end financial closing as needed

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic stamp machines, and online systems. Must exercise initiative and meet objectives with minimal supervision.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
TRAVEL
No travel is expected for this position.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Finance or Accounting work experience strongly preferred
- Home-building industry experience preferred, but not required
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
