Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Prepare new hire folders, PPE, and onboarding materials
- Assist with office tours
- Send welcome emails and track onboarding surveys
- Help plan holiday parties, seasonal events, and employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support for quarterly co-op social events.
- Organize and maintain HR files, records, and compliance documents
- Assist with drug testing scheduling and tracking
- Help coordinate career fairs, including scheduling and logistics
- Act as a candidate liaison, managing interview schedules and communications
