The Position:
To provide clinical support and services to the clients in the community.; Provide supervision to the Multidisciplinary Assessment Team Clinicians and Assessor Clinicians.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay range were offering is $74,000 depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:
-
Valid license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Prior mental health service experience strongly preferred
-
Prior DMH and/or RUBHS mental health experience preferred
-
Prior Multidisciplinary Assessment Team (MAT) experience preferred
-
One year post-licensure strongly preferred
-
Word Processing; Excellent Writing Skills, General Office Skills; Typing of 50 WPM
-
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening

Ability to commute to various sites on campus

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and lift 10 pounds

Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise assessing clinicians, review progress notes, problem list, assessments, summary of findings and any additional documentation as required by both LA and Riverside County.
-
Ensure that the Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
-
Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy
-
Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs

Monitor and assure adherence of programs to all governing bodies
-
Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards
-
Monitor and review all agency protocols and practices
-
Manage team meetings to train staff and review changing county and agency documentation and service delivery needs.

Review and accept MAT Referrals and monitor the MAT contract utilization.
-
Serve as the primary clinician for a caseload of 3-6 school-based and/or community-based children and their families.

Provide mental health services including family therapy, individual counseling, intensive care coordination, as needed
-
Consult with an interdisciplinary team for initial assessments, the completion of CANS and treatment needs
-
Meet with each client on the caseload for individual therapy at a minimum of a weekly basis

Plan, implement and provide mental health services to clients
-
Believe that people can change; demonstrate an ability to set limits and intervene appropriately to meet the needs of the clients and families served

Maintain contact with County Social Workers and the Department of Mental Health for each client on his/her caseload

Participate in chart reviews and other Compliance functions
-
Maintain all required documentation on a timely basis and in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.

Attend all required supervision, department and agency meetings.

Take responsibility for on-going development of professional skills.

Attend all required agency training
-
Other related duties as assigned.
