What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Account Manager position at McKinney Insurance Agency?
McKinney Insurance Agency is hiring! We are looking to add a customer service representative to our team. The right person would be self-motivated, have great people skills, and have the ability to work with multiple online quoting systems.
Duties:
This position comes with a wide variety of duties that include but are not limited to:
- Support and assist agents with administrative duties such as policy changes and reporting claims.
- Create and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer and return phone calls.
- Data entry and quoting.
- Various tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must be an organized, motivated professional who is able to provide excellent customer service.
- Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License after being hired (Or already hold a license) We are happy to provide training and pay for all costs associated with this.
