Project Manager/Estimator
Overview:
Join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and running the project from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare takeoffs and estimates
-Create a proposals that can be sent to customers. Have knowledge of the project and be able to communicate with customer for inclusions/exclusions
-Manage a project from start to finish. Including managing shop drawings, change orders, billings, etc. to ensure a successful project.
Experience:
- Experience within the steel industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in blueprint and shop drawings reading : interpreting construction drawings.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft software for document management.
-Communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
