Purpose
The Strategy Coordinator role is responsible for performing a full range of administrative duties for the Chief Strategy Officer and department-wide tasks, while learning the building blocks of the strategy discipline. The successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity, initiative, time management, and independent action. If you’re equal parts curious and organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to develop your skills in brand and social strategy while keeping a team running smoothly, this role is for you. You’ll be part of a team that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, with exposure to top-tier clients and projects. Lastly, a successful hire will be able to grow into a full time strategy role as business needs allow, if that is where their ambition lies.
Responsibilities : Administrative :
- Manages calendar and schedules meetings, which will include coordinating with internal and external constituents and responding to calendar requests appropriately and timely
- Minimal travel booking arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and taxis
- Processes expense reports and timesheets in a timely manner
- Exercise judgment, tact, and discretion when supporting executive management, internally and externally
- Organizes and updates a library of strategy department files and assets, proactively gathering shared presentations, trend reports, etc.
- Manages and executes department-level planning for biweekly meetings, new employee onboarding, annual gatherings, etc.
- Assist in special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by supervisor

Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $60k - $65k
Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.
