Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. SAP S / 4HANA Deployment Manager located in Edison, NJ.
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S / 4HANA Deployment Manager to lead the deployment, cutover, and go-live activities for a complex manufacturing environment with 50 boundary systems . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP cutover planning, business readiness, data migration, hypercare, and stakeholder coordination across IT, business, and the System Integrator (SI).
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a detailed cutover and deployment strategy .
- Lead mock cutovers, data migration validation, and go-live execution .
- Extensive experience around data readiness, technology readiness and business readiness tasks.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP and non-SAP systems .
- Coordinate across IT, GPOs, SI, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage hypercare and post-go-live stabilization with minimal business disruption.
- Define risk mitigation plans, escalation frameworks, and SI accountability measures .
Key Qualifications :
10 years of SAP deployment experience , with at least 2 SAP S / 4HANA go-lives .
Strong expertise in cutover planning, data migration, and risk management .
Proven ability to align business, IT, and SI teams for smooth go-live .
Experience managing complex multi-system environments in manufacturing or supply chain.
