Title: Diversity Compliance Specialist
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for document control for both MWBE and work force initiatives.
The specialist ensures that all required documents are remitted, processed and recorded within the mandated time frame.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Data input and processing,
- Maintain the B2G Now database
- Manages the compliance emails provide document control services
- Assess completeness and accuracy of attached documents and prepare soft copies
- Record files into Compliance systems and disseminate accordingly
- Check promptness and approval of documents and ensure their timely turnover
- Resolve customer queries with the engineer
- Email blast
- Notifying employment applicants of upcoming events
- Notifying sub-contractors of documentation deadlines
- Maintain the CUF form distributions
- Maintain database of vetted labor force for the referral requests
- File master documents and support project on various levels
- Provide Technical assistance as needed
- Must perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Two years of relatable experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
