*Instruction and Teaching*
1. Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum for medical assisting courses.
2. Teach students in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings.
3. Provide instruction on medical assisting skills, such as phlebotomy, EKG, and vital signs.
4. Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
*Student Evaluation and Assessment*
1. Evaluate student performance in classroom and clinical settings.
2. Assess student knowledge and skills through written and practical exams.
3. Provide feedback to students on their performance and progress.
*Clinical Coordination*
1. Coordinate clinical rotations and placements for students.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical affiliates and sites.
3. Ensure compliance with clinical site requirements and regulations.
*Program Development and Accreditation*
1. Participate in program development and evaluation.
2. Assist with accreditation processes and site visits.
