We are currently adding a Housing Compliance Consultant to our staff. We are looking for a highly organized professional with an engaging personality to serve our clients which are located primarily in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. The ideal candidate for this position should possess an HCCP, CP3, or other relevant designation(s) and have at least three years of LIHTC, HOME, or other affordable housing experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is comfortable functioning in a team environment, able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to travel to our Camp Hill office as needed and occasional day or overnight travel to other areas within the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware area may be required.

Responsibilities
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with a portfolio of clients
- Review and monitor tenant files for compliance with LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs
- Determine and outline the timeframe for the annual recertification process
- Assist in preparation and timely submission of LIHTC/HOME annual reports
- Assist in preparation for an audit by the state housing agency or IRS
- Assist in responding to any non-compliance and/or IRS Forms 8823
- Inform clients of changes in compliance regulations
- Provide general advice and guidance on compliance issues
- Conduct training workshops in LIHTC and HOME regulations
- Keep immediate supervisor informed on all transactions performed in regard to an assigned portfolio
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned
