What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire – Set the tone for a strong safety culture, mentor teams, and drive performance.
- Innovate and Implement – Develop and roll out cutting-edge safety programs that keep our teams protected and ahead of industry trends.
- Train and Educate – Conduct hands-on safety training to empower employees and subcontractors.
- Prevent and Manage – Take proactive steps to prevent incidents, investigate root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for Safety – Be the face of safety excellence, collaborating with project teams, regulatory agencies, and clients.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction safety management.
- Deep knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and execute safety programs with measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
- A passion for process improvement and innovation in safety practices.
- Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 500, CHST, CSP.
