McLarty Nissan of Little Rock is now hiring for an Experienced 'Hands On' Service Manager to run our busy Service Center! Auto dealership management experience is required, with proven track record. The ideal candidate must be organized, highly motivated, and have a diplomatic leadership style. Responsibilities:
- Trains, develops, and mentors Service Advisors and Technical Staff
- Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction.
- Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns.
- Maintains customer service records in the computer system.
- Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
- Ensures a safe working environment
- Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired
Qualifications/Requirements:
Dealership and supervisory experience as a Service Manager is Required- Nissan experience is a PLUS!
- Proven track record required
- Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills
- Team building and development ability, motivational and leadership skills
- Understanding of Service Department financial analysis
- Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc.
- Basic understanding of business management
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
