Come work with us inside of the Brighton Costco! We are seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries regarding services.
- Pretesting patients and prepping charts for the doctor
- Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Process medical billing and coding using ICD-10 standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations.
- Provide support for administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
