We have an exciting opportunity for Structures Engineer to join our team at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.
If selected you will:
Support the Mars Ascent Vehicle Integrated System (MAVIS) Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and designing launch vehicle structures. The candidate will also provide insight to the design team regarding structural changes based on analysis results and provide support to structures team Tabletop Review / Preliminary Design Review products, contractual deliverables, Integrated Product Team meetings, and other meetings and documentation support as needed. The candidate will support development and delivery of contract deliverables related to the design subsystem's structure. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the MAVIS program, one of NASA's most ambitious Mars exploration missions.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience performing mechanical engineering design and drawing revision and release tasks
- Experience using Creo (preferred) or similar CAD software
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years in structures design and CAD tools
