We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual-Spanish HR professional / Travel Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in connecting talented individuals with our organization while fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a solid background in recruiting and talent management. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Duties
- Travel domestically to various states to perform onsite recruiting as needed for your accounts
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools such as the company's ATS to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the janitorial and/or hospitality industry with a good understanding of market and industry rates.
- Strong skills in relationship management and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Familiarity with talent management practices and recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Workday is highly desirable.
- Excellent sales skills to effectively recruit and promote job opportunities to potential candidates.
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is required for effective communication with a diverse candidate pool.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
