YOUTH2025 (Must be 18, due to the working environment)Job Description : Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and other sourcing strategiesConduct interviews, screenings, and consultations in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse candidates.Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Create and manage job postings in English and Spanish to reach a broader audience.Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skill alignment and cultural fit.Education / Experience / Qualifications : Must have a High School Diploma or GED.Must have 1 year of similar work experience. Must be 18 years of age or older, due to the working environment. Must be able to speak Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse candidates.Workweek Details : Full Time; Shift does Vary; Monday - Friday; Weekends as needed.Background requirements : Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. (Due to the nature of employer's business, company policy requires that candidates having criminal background will not be considered for employment.)
