Duties
- Conduct comprehensive HR sourcing to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Foster strong employee relations by maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on succession planning.
- Participate in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions within the organization.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent management and human resources is preferred.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and best practices in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in succession planning and executive recruiting is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and another language are required.
- A proactive approach to lead generation and candidate engagement is essential.
