It has since grown to be the largest provider of comprehensive substance use disorder treatment in western North Carolina. McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently accepting applications for a Full-time Care Manager to join the Outpatient Services/TASC team at its headquarters in Charlotte.
What does this position do for the agency? The position is responsible for the following, with other duties as assigned:
Oversee the case management and care coordination process of clients involved in McLeod Centers and other outpatient and criminal justice programs as appropriate.
Asses and complete orientations for clients referred by criminal justice and McLeod internal programs.
Provide individual case management, including court reporting, urinalysis monitoring, fee collection.
Maintain monthly progress reports and quarterly data, while ensuring all client documentation is complete.
Coordinate timely communication with external stakeholders.

What kind of education and experience is needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or Behavioral Science
