ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Stretch and glue fabric to aluminum frames.
- Mix chemicals.
- Use tension meter and micron gauge.
- Clean and recondition aluminum frames.
- Use pressure and spraying systems.
- Reclaim screens using proper chemicals.
- Visually inspect screens.
- Coating screens with emulsion using the coating machines.
- Burning screens using the exposure unit.
- Record data for quality and inventory control.
- Communication effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow departmental job policies and procedures.
- Maintain a neat, safe and orderly work area.
- Represent department on Safety, Quality, and other committees as needed.
- Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be willing to perform tasks listed in other pay grade job descriptions as required.
