The Vendor Specialist is responsible for working as a liaison between MCM and the Law Firms to ensure process adherence.  This includes account analysis via automated and manual processes & training law firms for increased performance.  The position will also include problem solving along with support and ownership of subject matter expert areas and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all outsourced accounts are handled accurately. 30%

Promote internal and external relationships with law firms and internal partners. 25%

Act as a subject matter expert for one or more business entities. 20%

Improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability. 10%

Provide regular tracking and reporting into daily processes and/or financial performance. 10%

Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE:  1-2 years customer service or clerical experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to process Data Entry
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  Associate's

EXPERIENCE:  Experience in a customer-facing role and/or the legal field

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce

Starting Compensation

Hourly Rate: $19.48 - $19.48 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
