As a Business Development Representative for MCM Real Estate Services and MCM University, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibilities
A Business Development Representative at this level:
· Build & Maintain Relationships – Develop meaningful and lasting connections with realtors, investors, industry professionals, and community partners to foster trust and long-term engagement.
· Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Serve as a reliable resource by providing timely support, personalized solutions, and a seamless experience for clients and partners.
· Be a Source of Value – Offer strategic insights, educational resources, and tailored recommendations to real estate professionals and prospective clients, ensuring MCM is continuously seen as an industry leader.
· Attend & Represent at Industry Events – Actively participate in networking events, real estate conferences, CE classes, and community engagements to promote MCM Real Estate Services and MCM University.
· Drive Business Growth – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with MCM’s mission and contribute to its expansion.
· Market MCM’s Offerings – Effectively communicate the value of MCM’s services and educational programs, driving awareness and increasing participation.
· Follow Up & Nurture Leads – Consistently engage with prospective clients and partners, providing ongoing support and follow-up to strengthen relationships and drive conversions.
· Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with MCM’s leadership, marketing, and education teams to ensure alignment and optimize outreach efforts.
· Stay Informed & Educate Others – Keep up with market trends, industry shifts, and MCM’s evolving offerings to provide knowledgeable guidance and insights to clients.
· Enhance Community Presence – Actively contribute to MCM’s community initiatives and outreach efforts, strengthening brand awareness and reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
· 1–3 years in business development, client relations, or sales (Real estate or education industry experience is a strong plus).
· Background in real estate, marketing, or education
· Experience with community outreach, partnerships, or event coordination.
· Proven success in networking and lead generation.

· Familiarity with real estate transactions, CE courses, and professional development programs is a plus
Terms & Environment
· 7 PTO Days, 7 Paid Holidays
· Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
· Some evenings required, depending on the event type
· This is an onsite, in-person position, with frequent opportunities to conduct business engagements outside of the office as needed
Compensation
This is a W-2 position offering a base salary plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for significant earning potential based on performance.
