The McMahon Truck Centers' family of Mack and Volvo Truck dealerships includes locations in North and South Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio. We are looking to expand our growing team and need quality employees to help us do so. We are currently seeking a New Truck Sales Account Manager.

Responsibilities
- Work with heavy-duty truck accounts to actively prospect for new business and increase market share with current customers.
- Meet or exceed your key performance goals and objectives as described in the dealership’s Annual New Vehicle Sales Plan.
- Become completely familiar with the customer’s industry, operations, goals, challenges and buying process. Apply the best solutions offered by McMahon Truck Centers and our OEM partners to meet the customer’s goals and solve their problems.
- Use prescribed sales tools to continuously prospect and develop new and existing relationships with customers within assigned area of responsibility.
- Work collaboratively with all departments/employees within the dealership and our OEM brand partners. Work daily with the prescribed customer relationship management tools and processes to fully execute the dealership’s new vehicle sales plan.
- Learn and follow all dealership policies and procedures as it relates to creating customer proposals, processing factory orders and delivering trucks to the customer.
- Constantly work at self-improvement by participating in training and education activities.
- Work floor duty rotation as scheduled.
