Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies.
- Answer phone calls in a high volume office.
- Review billing accounts to resolve client concerns and take payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Process policy changes, claims, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process paperwork for the office and for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required.
- Cash handling experience
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
