What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Secretary position at MCMURRAY HILLS MANOR?
Duties include but not limited to; Assist Administrator and other department managers as needed. Handle and screen all incoming telephone calls. Order office supplies, direct and assist all visitors when necessary, monitor door security system. Update and maintain all information needed for state survey binder and professional license binder. Update and maintain certificate of liability binder and contract binder for all vendors. Supervise part-time receptionist including monthly schedule. Collect and copy all month-end reports and send to appropriate corporate officers. Back up for the payroll manager.
