About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 1–3 carpenters, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and smooth project execution. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and excels in problem-solving on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of 1–3 carpenters efficiently as a hands-on lead carpenter.
- Accurately measure and calculate material needs for projects.
- Proficiently frame decks, additions, partition walls, staircases, and retrofit structural beams.
- Install cabinetry, crown molding, recessed paneling, and other intricate finishes with expertise.
- Occasionally handle repairs or installations involving flooring, tile, roofing, siding, drywall, etc.
- Interpret and work from project specifications and plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors across various project phases.
- Address and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with homeowners.
- Inspect work quality, perform maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:

- 8 years of carpentry or remodeling experience with proven expertise.
- Strong physical condition, stamina, and dexterity for the job’s demands.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ownership of essential hand tools, a tool belt, and small power tools.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
