Position Duties / Responsibilities
The Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator is responsible for functions related to the implementation, management and refinement of the University's CRM system to identify, establish, build, track, analyze and manage relationships through the constituent lifecycle. The CRM Administrator acts as a technical resource for maintaining and growing the organization's CRM usage, connected third-party applications, and other cloud-based software solutions. The CRM Administrator is responsible for system wide administration, development, security and support of the University's CRM solution, including : developing and managing the development of new functionality; managing security models; managing data migrations and data cleansing; coordinating and leading sessions within the organization on release improvements; developing training materials and providing training to end users; develop customized solutions within the platform; providing technical support and troubleshoot application related issues. The CRM administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the University's CRM platforms.
This position will cover the roles of technical project manager, administrator, trainer, and analyst. This role works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, technologies and strategies to improve and optimize marketing, recruitment and admissions efforts. This role works with the Office of Information Technology to help support data integration efforts and develop or deploy new features and customized solutions for critical business functions.
