The IT Client Support Specialist is crucial in maintaining the technological backbone of campus operations. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities from installation to troubleshooting, ensuring faculty, staff and students have the necessary tools for success.
The IT Client Support Specialist :
- Maintain software and hardware systems associated with campus services
- Perform IT best practices and procedures while satisfying end user requests
- Perform related duties as assigned / required for efficient operation of the campus
