We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our High-End Residential Team.

As a Project Engineer, you will be critical in supporting the design and execution of high-end custom residential projects. To ensure project success, you will work closely with owners, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-quality residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to support seamless project execution.
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating meetings with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Perform site visits for investigations and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Estimating and Procurement

  • Conducted detailed quantity take-offs and assisted in preparing cost estimates for luxury residential projects.
  • Manage material procurement, including ordering and tracking delivery schedules.
  • Documentation and Contracts

  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFI submissions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project details, timelines, and budgets.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation

  • Develop creative solutions to design and construction challenges.
  • Monitor project progress and propose adjustments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Training and Development

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff as part of a collaborative and growth-focused team.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience : 2 years of relevant experience in residential or high-end construction.

    Technical Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of construction software such as Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam.

    Communication Skills : Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

    Problem-solving : Excellent critical thinking skills to handle multiple priorities and challenges.

    Organizational Skills : Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex schedules and documentation.

    Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and industry partners.

    Work Ethic : A positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to quality.
